By installing or using DTOP MoVe Mobile (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Lao PDR.
1. Eligibility
The App is intended for registered importers, dealerships and authorised government reviewers in the Lao PDR. You must have a valid account issued or approved by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
2. Acceptable Use
- Submit accurate information; misrepresentation may lead to account suspension and legal action under Lao law.
- Do not attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.
- Do not upload malware, illegal content, or content infringing third-party rights.
3. Government Service
The App facilitates submission and review of vehicle import licence applications. Approval, rejection, and any fees remain governed by applicable Lao laws and ministerial regulations.
4. Fees & Wallet
Where the App provides a wallet for service fees, top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law. Receipts are available in your transaction history.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Lao PDR disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
